I get paid a commission from hotels & suppliers. Just like the big travel booking sites & agents, I am completely free to use.

I will save you the time & hassle of researching & finding the right holiday. I will also save you the stress of making sure that you have done everything right.

Travel suppliers & hotel brands offer excellent training to Independent Travel Agents so that I can sell their hotels & packages in the best way. I know the best time of year to visit places, what the best hotels have to offer their guests, what visas are required, I can suggest things to do & so more much than an online booking site wouldn’t provide.

 

5. I provide a personalised service

I can build an entire itinerary for you and your holiday. The airport parking, airport lounges, flights, transfers or car hire, accommodation, excursions, tours & days out, I can even organise your restaurant reservations.

 

6. I am your friendly advocate & point of contact

God forbid anything goes wrong, I will be at the other end of the phone to assist you. You won’t get stuck on an automated telephone system, on hold for ages trying to get through to a human. If you have any issues or concerns, I can help get your holiday back on track.

I have access to special tours & excursions that the general public cannot access. I have built relationships with hotels & suppliers, to get you the best rooms, best seats or let you know if the hotels offer any extras that you’re entitled to. I am also part of a global industry network, so I have inside info from where the ‘It’ place is to stay, to which supplier is going bust & needs to be avoided.

 

8.I provide that extra & added value

I can request free transfers to your hotel, that you otherwise may have paid for. I can request room upgrades & are much more likely to get them for you, than if you asked yourself, I can push for a free bottle of champagne or gift on arrival.

 

9.I have more protection for your holiday

You’ll be surprised to hear that many of the big booking sites, do not have all the protection available. ATOL gives you the customer financial & legal protection when booking a package holiday. ABTA means that the travel agent is bound by a code of conduct as per the ABTA guidelines.

Not only do the big booking sites not need you, they don’t rely on repeat business & so often you are just another number.
